1. What massage services can I use with my membership? Your monthly credit can be used toward any eligible 90-minute massage service at Dragonfly Aura, allowing you to choose the care that best supports your needs each month.
2. What happens if I don’t use my session that month? No worries. Unused membership credits roll over and remain available for up to 6 months, giving you flexibility when life gets busy.
3. Can I book more than one massage per month? Yes. Members can book additional eligible massage sessions at the $145 member rate, so you’re not limited to one session per month.
4. Can friends or family use my member rate? Yes. Your member rate can be extended to friends and family, making it easy to share the benefits of massage therapy with someone you care about.
5. Can I give someone one of my unused sessions? Yes. Unused membership credits may be transferred or gifted to a friend or family member.
6. Can I freeze my membership? Yes. If you need a break, you can freeze your membership for $25 per month while preserving eligible unused credits.
7. Can I cancel my membership at any time? Yes. There is no long-term contract. Membership may be canceled anytime.
8. What happens to unused credits if I cancel? Any remaining membership credits are forfeited when the membership is canceled, so we recommend using or transferring your available sessions before cancellation takes effect.
9. Are there enrollment or hidden fees? No. There are no enrollment fees or hidden membership fees. Your membership is $145 per month, with optional charges only when you choose services or enhancements not included with your membership.
